After a less than ideal start and a last minute itinerary change, we're finally here at Dubbo. Yama from Wiradjuri country!

Due to some last minute mechanical issues, we missed our intended departure time of 10 am by about 8 hours. Instead of pushing through we added in a stop in Bathurst, where we were very lucky to get the last 2 rooms in the last hotel with any vacancies. Thankfully our family is well balanced in terms of snugglers (B and the girls) and non-snugglers (me and T) so everyone was happy with the sleeping arrangements. After a lovely (and early!) brekkie we got back in Frankie and finally made it to Dubbo.

We were very lucky to be joined by the Claridges for a few days, so we hit up Club Dubbo for a yummy dinner, and tomorrow we're heading to the zoo.
